We're LOVING the 80 degree weather and are so excited the forecast looks like this:
We have been short on sunny days this summer, so we're not going to complain a bit when things heat up this week. We'll just hit the pool and enjoy our popcicles that have been waiting for us!
Hope you and yours have had a great three day weekend. Rob turned 35 last week so I surprised him with a date night (dinner out just the two of us) on Friday and then surprised him again when I sent him to get a massage Saturday morning! Happy Birthday, honey!
We aren't usually home over Labor Day but we have really enjoyed time with friends and family. Saturday evening we joined some good friends who are members at a local pool and had a BBQ while our kiddos all swam. Sunday went to church and had dinner at my parent's house (with homemade fresh blackberry pie!)
It's back to work tomorrow...but it's a short and gorgeous week ahead! Happy Labor Day!
